Our lifter were all off again today.  Our social powerlifters came in and did a light workout.  I had to get on two of my younger (19yrs old) football players who are doing this meet.  They came in and wanted to do some curls and light reps to get ready for the meet in 2 days.  Had to explain to them the work is done get rest, you will not get any stronger at this point for the meet just negatively affect your total.

I am looking forward to getting all set up fri and getting this meet done Saturday.  Have to say randy and my parents have gone above and beyond with getting stuff done for the meet.
