Today our powerlifters hit some front squats, good morn, and a fun superset at the end.  The theme is simple but effective to pack on some muscle and get back in shape.  A lot of sets with a great rep range and short rest between sets.

Pas far as for myself..........had my cardio echo and didn't get the news I wanted.  I have followed the cardiopulmonary rehab to the T and done all that has been asked.  I was expecting to see some improvement.  I have to now take another diff test next tues to let them "get a better look and verify a couple things".  I might go apeshit on some people if there is any bad news.  I am past the point of wanting to go through any crap again.  Will keep all in the loop.
