Today our Powerlifting squad hit some upper body movements.  All were done at 10x6.  From what I hear it is the next best thing next to sliced bread.  Great to see all following the plan and getting better as a team.

I started throwing in some exercises here and there daily.  Today I hit some rice digs, ab machine and finished with neck.  Just trying to slowly build my base back.  Feel ok today just tired.  Every tues/Thursday I have an early risers class.  I hate waking up that early so I take my frustration out on the class with a shitload of terrible stuff for them to do.......good times.
