Today our lifters hit mainly upper body movements.  This is the last week of our wave.  Next week we add some bands in and test 3weeks from tomorrow to see where we are at.

I have added some exercises daily.  Just doing something here and there is making a big difference in getting my body back built up.  The main plan is to get as strong and built up until the heart transplant so after that surgery it won't take as long to get where I want to be and I don't lose too much weight again and muscle.  This past year has really destroyed my body and mind.  Am really looking forward to getting his chapter over and move on.  My family and friends have been awesome and helpful.  Goal for now is to continue lifting light and coaching best is can.  Long term goal is to set some records in the 275lb class multiply and mess around with some raw with wraps as well.  Any questions for me please ask away.
