Today the powerlifting crew hit some upper body.  A lot was super sets.  The weather this week has started to change for the better and cool down.  Was a great atmosphere today.

As far as my workout I hit DB flat bench, lat raises, J pulls, band pulls parts, the push ups (limited ROM) supersetted with BB curls.  All were done at 4x8.  I am anxious to see where I am at one week from today to see if a can go heavier and avoid my Jane Fonda workouts.
