Today our Powerlifting Squad hit heavy bands box squats.  Short rest     and 10 sets made it a great training session.  They followed up with a lot of lower body movements.  We are only on week 1 and still have a lot of time till march but already getting excited to see everyone's hard work pay off.

I am heading to the surgeon in a few minutes for a couple big tests to see how my progress is going.  I am staying positive and am ready for some good news.  Will keep you guys updated.
