After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

On Thursday I was able to give some light deadlifts a go, while also increasing the overall volume on my back training. I know 175 on the hex bar isn't much, but not only did I not have any low back pain (which really I shouldn't with this kind of weight), but my hernia area felt rather good. I might have been able to push the weight a tad more, but I'm going to save that for the following week. I'm hoping to just add about 5-10 pounds a week, and adjust the reps as I feel good. I'm not sure when I'll give sumo a go, but it will probably be another month if I had to guess.
