Today the Powerlifting squad hit squats. 1st, 2nd attempts then hit a light band reverse band with about 5-10% off there planned third attempt. Everyone did great. Chels hit 370 (after missing it first time-which in my mind is the hardest thing to do-come back after you miss). Kayla hit a solid 370 then reverse band of over 400. Andrew hit a 20lb PR. Kristin hit 380 then reverse band 420. Kyle had an off day (he went little to heavy min and traveled last few days) still got 600 then reverse band 640. Tomorrow is the heaviest bench of the cycle looking forward to seeing them roll.
For my "workout" I did cambered bar good morn, strap lunges, then ab machine. All was 4x12. Just trying until I get fully cleared to do more weight.
