I decided to take a leg day out of gear for what I expected to be a little unload...

 

SS Yoke bar squats box squats - parallel box

worked up doing triples to 495

1 set of 10 reps with 495

 

deadlifts with chains

worked up to 405

did singles adding 2 chains per rep to a total of 10 chains

 

I was whooped! I was very happy with the squats.
