3x480 - I could feel my low back rounding on these and causing neural pain/tension from the waist down so I stopped here, which was about 45 pounds less that the minimum weight I would have found acceptable today.
1x430 - Was suppoed to be a set of 5, but I was instantly Captain Roundback so I stopped.
5x340 - Way too easy, but at least my technique was good.
2x390 - Round back on both so I called the whole damn day here. Could not get motivated to do even easy stuff cause I was so pissed off at myself for being fat and weak and awful.
