Today was the UGSS with Mark Dugdale. It was a bit crowded but everyone worked well together and we got some training in.

warm-ups

hip rotations, band stretching, Indian club swings

 

box squats - wore Metal Ace briefs

worked up doing triples to 690 for 3 reps

780 for a double

 

That was pretty much all I did. Spent a good bit of time talking to various people and hanging out with everyone for a bit. I was very happy with the squats.
