worked up to 4 total plates for 5 sets of 20 reps

 

dimel deadlifts

225 for 5 sets of 8 reps - wore wrist straps

 

adductor / abductor machine

130 on each for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15 reps

 

Using the wrist straps when doing the dimel deads allowed me to focus more on using my hamstrings and glute during the movement.
