Deadlifts against quaded monster mini bands

worked up to 455 for a single

 

reverse hypers

280 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15 reps

 

Overall I've been felling good. Body weight has been pretty constant around 250. I looked for a meet late summer or early fall but haven't made a decision yet....I am looking forward to have a meet to train for though.
