Squats -  regular ol' free squats

worked up to 330 for a triple

put on Metal Ace briefs

worked up to 600 for a double

put on Metal Ace squat suit - straps down

worked up doing doubles to 690

did singles up to 830 for a single (20 pounds more than my meet PR in August)

 

Deadlifts -  wore Metal Ace briefs

worked up doing singles to 675 for a single

 

Reverse hypers

140 for 3 sets  of 12 reps

 

I was very very happy with the squats today. I'm been training by feel pretty much since August and today I was feeling good and just worked up. Having Big Steve back adds a level of motivation I've been missing and needing.
