My elbow is still bothering me from the fall and it's frustrating to say the least. The pain and type of pain are different than when I had the torn tricep tendon. This time I don't fell unusually weak in the joint or while flexing the tricep but the pain radiates from the elbow to the forearm and tricep. It is mostly on the underside of the elbow where it took the impact. Anyway I have just been trying to move forward without doing anything to increase the discomfort.
