body weight for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

kneeling cable crunches

50 for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

Squats were from out of the bottom to about 2/3 up. Reps were paused at the bottom for a 1 count and slightly paused at the 2/3 point before. I really felt these in my glute, quads, hams and low back.
