Squats - wore Ace briefs, Ace squat suit straps down

worked up doing triples to 690

740 for a double

780 for a single

850 for a single - most straight weight I've ever squatted.

 

reverse hypers

140 for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

I've been training by feel for months now and while I do not advocate this I have been feeling good and making strength gains on  my squat. Things felt good today so I just kept working up. The 850 identified some weak points that I need to address including relaxing my back just before picking the bar.
