My training focus is reinforcing base strength and doing raw work to build the stabilizing muscles. I've also been adjusting the bar pick on my squat. I've developed a habit of reducing tension on the bar after I get set and before I actually pick the bar from the rack. I believe if I keep the tension the entire time my pick will be more stable.
