I didn't get to train during the week due to obligations at work. Today was the strength seminar so it was just myself, Todd and a friend of his at the gym training this morning. Here is what I did...

Box Squats to 16" box with reverse light bands. Bands set to completely deload at the top. Wore Metal Ace briefs

worked up to 600 doing triples

650 for a double

690 for a single

780 for a single

 

Inverse curl machine

3 plates of assistance for 3 sets of 8

2 plates and a quarter of assistance for 2 sets of 6

 

abs

bench crunches for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

Squats were moving quick today. I haven't done reverse band in a while and I was happy that the band deloading didn't slow my squat speed.
