Belt squat to 14" box - this is at or slightly below parallel

worked up to 4 plates per side for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

Step ups - low box

5 sets of 10 reps holding 35-pound kettlebells

5 sets of 10 reps

 

cable crunches

5 sets of 10 reps

 

Thursday

barbell bench

225 for 5 sets of 5 reps

 

arnold press

30's for 5 sets of 8 reps

 

low pulley cable rows

130 for 5 sets of 15 reps

 

cable extensions

100 for 4 sets of 12 reps
