Barbell Bench - 3 board - raw

worked up to 315 for 3 reps

 

slight incline dumbbell press

70's for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

lat pull downs - behind the head

100 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

military press with angle bar

95 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

Felt pretty good but I want to allow more time for the Prednisone to get out of my system before pushing things.
