Increasing the pressure on my c-pap seemed to help me feel more rested. Hopefully that keeps improving. I've going to take a weight on the squat in a few weeks to see where I'm at to help plan my training cycles in the future. But for today it's just doing some work.

worked up to 690 for 2 doubles

225 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

inverse curl machine

worked doing to 2 plates and a quarter of assistance for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

band walks

3 trips of 20 paces each way
