I will consider today the first day of meet prep for the August meet. The issue I had with my piriformis muscle are gone and I have zero pain associated with it. This was a huge relief. I lost about 10 pounds over those 3 week and have put about 5 of it back on already. I feel good and am looking forward to a solid meet prep cycle.
