Indian Club swings, band stretching, hip rotations

 

Box Squats -15" box - SS Yoke bar - Wore Metal Ace Briefs

Worked up to 650 for 5 sets of 2 reps

 

Deadlifts against chains

worked up to 495 doing singles

continued doing singles adding 2 chains per set until 12 total chains were added

 

 

 

reverse hypers

whatever was not there (not much) for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

Today was pretty brutal. I expect to be fatigued for the next few days.
