rack pulls from pin 3 with SS Yoke bar on back

I dont have any idea what to call these. I saw Vogelpohl doing them once and that was enough for me to know that must work.

started with 135 on the barbell in the rack and empty yoke bar for 2 sets of 5 reps

135 on each bar  for 1 sets of 5 reps

225 rack barbell with 135 on SS Yoke for 1 set of 5 reps

225 on each bar for 1 set of 5 reps

315 on barbell and 225 on SS Yoke bar for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

45's for 1 set of 12 reps

70's for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

reverse hypers

140 for 4 sets of 12 reps
