For my birthday Lily scheduled us for a glass blowing class where we get to form molten glass. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for years but never scheduled for some reason. She couldn’t have done any better with the class she chose. Something that will be remembered forever.

As for training here is what I did…

 

Warm-ups

Hip rotations, rolling, Indian club swings

 

Squats – free – straight weight

Worked up doing triples to 505 for 2 sets of 3 reps

Box squats 2 sets of 3 reps

 

Deadlifts against mini bands

Worked up to 315 for a 3 reps

 

Hanging leg raises

2 sets of 15 reps

 

 

Decent training day. My squat still feels off a bit but everyone tells me it looks solid. I’ll get some video soon. BUT life really couldn’t be better so I don’t really care if squat feels a bit off.
