Bench

Worked up to 225 for 6 sets of 3 reps

 

Dumbbell rows

Worked up to 168 for 3 sets of 8 reps (used wrist straps)

 

Behind the head barbell military press

95 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Nothing fancy or special about this one. Just doing some work.
