It's weird going to the gym without having a goal of focal point out in the distance somewhere. For a long time I have either been training to recover from an injury or training for a meet. So those were my focal points and today I have neither so here is what I decided to do....

warm-ups

Indian Club swings, rolling, stretching

3 minutes each direction with resistance of 0.5

 

Dips

bodyweight for 8 sets of 8 reps

 

Supersetted with

 

Chin-ups

bodyweight for 8 sets of 8 reps

 

 

dumbbell pull overs

50 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

I have always loved doing dips and chins...that love is a little less at my current bodyweight
