600 for a double

deadlifts

worked up to bar weight of 365 for a single

did singles and added 2 chains per set up to a total of 12 chains

 

reverse hypers

140 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

Things felt really good today. Going to a high box has provided the needed relief for my hip and using the SS Yoke bar has seemed to help with the pain I was having in my shoulder as well.
