Worked up to a bar weight of 545 for a triple

 

slight incline dumbbell press

worked up doing sets of 8 to the 150's for 1 set of 8 reps

 

standing military press with angle press bar

135 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

t-bar rows

worked up to 4 plates for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

Shoulder is feeling better but not 100%. I think keeping things light for the next couple weeks should have everything back to normal.
