box squats with buffalo bar - box set to 1.5" above parallel

worked up to 505 for 2 sets of 3 reps

 

back attack machine

worked up to 5 plates for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

reverse hypers

140 for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

Took me a little longer to get loosened up but things felt decent today.
