Work is extremely busy and as a result I have been more tired that usual lately. Training motivation is lacking and as I lay down on the bench I have the thought of whether or not I could sleep here without falling off...

cable crossover lat pull downs

55 per side for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

dumbbell pullovers

50 for 3 sets of 12 reps
