worked up to 315 for 5 sets of 3 reps

 

dumbbell press

70's for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

chest supported barbell rows

worked up to 185 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

dumbbell side raises

25's for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

Things felt really heavy today so I cut the floor press off at 315. I'm not really sure why they felt heavy but I had no reason to push it today.
