added 1 mini band connected to dip belt and around the pins on the rack
2 sets of 3 reps
arnold presses
25's for 3 sets of 12 reps
dumbbell rows
110 for 3 sets of 10 reps
I've got some instability in my squat and I need to get back to carrying the yoke. Soon as the weather permits I'll be back to doing it regularly.
