Warm-ups

Hip rotations, foam rolling, Indian club swings

 

Squats

Worked up to 325 doing triples

Put on Ace briefs

Worked up to 505 doing triples

Added Ace suit straps down

Worked up to 690 doing doubles to a box

 

Deadlifts

Worked up to 495 for a single

 

Shut the squats down at 690 on Dave’s advice due to available spotters. I was told the squats looked good but they felt all over the place. Somehow the gear still fits even though I’m up 15 pounds since I last competed.
