The next few months will be spent doing technique work and hypertrophy work. I need to work my form and add some size. I was a light 275 last meet and want to fill out the class as much as I can before my next meet. My body is healthy and provided I have the ability to keep it that way I should be able to hit my last remaining powerlifting goal. This is what I did today...

 

hack squats - box set a parallel

worked up making 180 pound jumps to 540 for 3 sets of 5 reps and 1 set of 20 reps

 

dimel deadlifts

135 for 5 sets of 8 reps

 

GHR

3 sets of 15

 

stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

35's for 3 sets of 12 reps
