Awhile back Lily and I started a self-guided tour of Columbus and the surrounding area in search of different and delicious burgers. This is usually our post training meal and we have enjoyed beef, bison and wild boar burgers so far. These have been topped with every type of cheese, condiment meat and sauce imaginable. We’ve found some little back alley places and have tried to stay away from the run of the mill chain burger places. Before Lily and I met (well, before we started dating) I was would go to the same two places each weekend after training. This is just an example of how routine and boring my life was before Lily came into it. She has changed the way I view the world, how I view myself and how I feel about the future. For the first time I love who I am and am looking forward to every tomorrow with her. She is perfect.

Reverse grip dumbbell press, band pull aparts, and Indian club swings

 

Bench – raw

Worked up to 350 for 6 sets of 2 reps

Worked up to 168 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

Behind the head barbell military press

Tuesday

Warm-ups

Rolling, indian club swings, hip rotations

Yoke bar on shoulders while doing rack pulls from pin 3

Worked up to 315 on each bar for 5 reps

 

Hack squats

2 plates per side for 3 sets of 10 reps

1 plate per side for 50 reps

 

Adductor/abductor machine

50 total reps of each

 

 

Thursday

Warm-ups

Indian club swings, band pull aparts

 

Bench using shoulder saver pad

Worked up to 405 for 3 reps

Pin press 4” press-405 for 2 sets of 5 reps

100 for 3 sets of 20 reps
