I was feeling weird this week so I didn't do much. I couldn't tell exactly what was up but I was extra lethargic and everything felt heavy.

Here is want I did to keep moving.

step ups

10 sets of 10 - bodyweight

3 sets of 20

 

rack push ups

50 total reps

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 12 reps

 

UBE machine

3 minutes each direction

 

I felt a little better on Thursday but still off. I think I may be sleeping poorly and might need to increase the pressure on my C-Pap machine.
