Not in Lifting, but in how many times I went to the gym.

I have been used to training about twice a week. I have now trained 4 of the last 5 days. PR!!!!

After a lot of introspective time, as well as a ton of time listening to podcasts of Dave Tate and Jim Wendler, I learned that it's my fault for making excuses and not training.

Problem solved. Stop being a pussy. Get in the gym. Lift weights.
