This weekend I started the process of coming off of my psych medications; it'll be a great long term decision, but the short term withdrawal effects are not fun so far. These "brain zaps" I keep getting make keeping my balance during movements pretty difficult, so I'm making some temporary programming adjustments:

• Switching my training rotation to 3 days/wk
• Dropping my training maxes slightly
• Training earlier in the day when it's not as bad.

Gonna focus on trusting the process as I work on solving that and the sleep apnea (I have my doc appt next week), and I will say this: I guarantee I hit at least 1 PR when I compete again this Fall.
