Currently Training for: Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic - Oct. 31st
Current Best Lifts: 750lb Squat, 525lb Bench, 650lb Deadlift, 1925lb Total @ 220 (multi-ply)
Training Style: Conjugate, 2 Max Effort Sessions and 2 Dynamic Effort Sessions per week, along with 1-2 extra small sessions consisting of Lat, Ab, and GHR or Reverse Hyper Exercises.
This week involved dosing off of a medication I've been taking and trying to get on a new one to help me sleep, and the side effects were pretty rough. It affected my training pretty bad but has been steadily improving moving forward it seems. Overall things are going solid!

Thursday, Sept. 25th: Dumbbell Floor Press Volume & 3" Pin Presses up to 405x3
Friday, Sept. 26th: No Training
