My 6-week trial with using the Halo Sport transcranial brain stimulation device is complete, and I'm working on my write-up for the experience. As training continues, I'm going to continue using bands for my warm-up and down sets for all of my training (excluding my top "AMRAP" sets). I've really liked the intentionality and speed it emphasizes for my lighter sets).

Day 1 - Deadlift Focus / Secondary Squats / Upper Body Accessories

A. Deadlifts:  Triples w. bands up to 385x3; then 445x5 no bands (starting to cap reps of top set at prescribed amount on down weeks)

B1. GHR - 3xAMRAP

B2. Chin-Ups (strict with straps) - 3x10

C1. Walking Lunges w/ Kettlebells - 3 Trips (about 50 ft each trip)

C2. Dumbbell Bicep Curls  - 3x8 each arm

Day 2 - Squat Focus / Full Body Accessories

A. Squats: Triples w. Bands up to 335x3; then 385x5 no bands (capped reps at 5)

B. Down Sets on Squat - 3x5 w. 315+bands

C. Bent Over Barbell Rows: 4x8

D. Overhead Tricep Extensions: 4x12

E. Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 4x8

Day 3 - Bench Focus / Full Body Accessories

A. Seated Machine Rows: 4x10 (last set drop set)

B. Bench Press Top Set: Triples w. Bands up to 215x3; then 245x5 no bands (reps capped at 5).

C. YT Shoulder Raises: 4x12 each direction

D. Tricep Pushdowns: 3x25

E. Bicep Curls: 3x10
