After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

 Well another week by with very minimal training accomplished. This month has just taken a huge hit to training and my overall mental confidence. Training is a special thing that balances me in so many ways, but lately it's just not been able to happen. Finding 5 hours of sleep is hard, and my food choices have sucked to a whole new level (just about every night it's some kind of on the go based food). But what I keep telling myself is that it's just a temporary thing until things start up and running. I decided that I'm just going to try to do some various training and just get back to feeling my confident in doing SOMETHING. I figured some full body training would be best, along with some random bodybuilding stuff as well. Does it make sense? Not really, but at this point for me, training is just to keep me sane more than it is about making any real kind of progress number-wise. The progress I'm having is all mental.
