trying to avoid crashing

At this point in the training cycle, my accessory work is focused on maintaining and recovery. I feel my body is right on the edge of crashing and basically saying FU. My nervous system is pretty fatigued and wants a break. My muscles seem to be recovering pretty well though.

 

Sunday

bench with Swiss bar for sets of 5 reps (light)

dumbbell rows with 70s

Arnold presses with 25s

 

Wednesday

belt squats - 5 sets of 10 reps (light)

walking lunges - 3 trips of 50 feet

WS athletic trainer - 3 marches for 60 seconds

hanging leg raises - 3 sets of 15 reps

 

Thursday

pushups - 100 total reps

cable crossover lat pulldowns - 3 sets of 20 strict reps

band extensions - light band for 60 total reps
