I have really gotten behind on my training log due to being crazy sick this past several days. I passed my 1st kidney stone, got a kidney infection, got pumped up with antibiotics, then got diagnosed with bronchitis....What a week. On top of that our 13 year old Golden Retriever - Nemo passed away. So its been a struggle for me. I hate getting behind. Behind on training logs, behind at work just behind in general.
Today was not a hard day. As I have been doing, go hard a week - back off and so forth. I did some reps and supplemental work and called it a day. Squat is coming along.
