Today the squad did a rep method upper body workout.  Fairly heavy but not too much that would take away from Friday's main lift.  Good to see everyone hitting it hard.  Next meets for us are both in March at the Arnold and our in house meet March 12th.

Slept like crap last night.  Kept waking up catching my breathe.  Had to put on my cpap to sleep.  Haven't used the cpap in months.  Was a weird night.  Maybe the new beta blocker had something to do with it.  Will bring this up at my check up Thursday.
