Today our Powerlifters hit a very quick and light upper body workout. Getting ready for either a last warm-up or opener thurs and Friday is what's on the agenda for squat and bench press. The other group doing the in house meet March 12th is hitting their heaviest squats and bench press both thurs and fri.
Treadmill workout went better for me. Luckily their was nobody at the gym due to some baby snow and people are tards when it snows at all around here and are scared to leave the house. I basically talked to myself the entire treadmill workout and cussed out the treadmill all 20 min, fuck you treadmill.....
