Today our lifters hit some front squats, straight leg deads and a fun super set at the end.  This week is getting better on the lower reps but still high on the sets and combo that with a short rest period makes it to be brutal.  One of our top men's 181 lifters came back in after some time off due to an injury was good to see him back and picking up where he left off.

As far as for myself I have just been busy with dealing with an ex tenant and busier with classes.  Busy is good as they say.  Looking forward to my small procedure Thursday morn and getting back on track.
