Today our lifters performed rack pulls, deficit deads, and a knarley superset at the end of the workout. All sets/reps were set at 10x4. Everyone is setting Pr's in the offseason which is impressive. Anyway you set a pr even at a pound is a accomplishment.
I did some rice digs, abs on the ab machine and manual neck. Can tell I'm starting to slowly gain some weight back. I'm about 25lbs from my goal of a healthy weight. Want to be there by my bday in late August.
Heading to see my buddy tomorrow Pauly. They are in town again to face the blues. The series is 3-1 blues over the Blackhawks. Hoping they win as he works hard for this.
