We are hitting high volume for awhile for our squad. My goal is never to make my lifters sore and feel terrible. However majority are struggling. High volume will do that. Our lifters that competed in Vegas last week are going to be a little more sore as the meet and traveling is catching up to them.
For myself is hit belt squats, single leg curls, walking lunges and ab core machine. All were at 4x10. This is the last week of Phase 2. Next week I start Phase 3 and all movements will be at 4x8. This phase should transition well into getting back with my crew and lifting (staying at the weight prescribed by my doctors of course).
